HKICC Group Mentoring Session
Post-It Note Coaching
This session is an opportunity to learn and practice coaching using post-it notes. It is based on Jones & Gorrell’s Coffee Break Coaching tool.
During the session, the model will be demonstrated.
In addition to setting goals and assessing the current situation, you will explore the different types of blocks that may get in your way. Once these have been looked at and the themes investigated, you will co-create possible solutions. Each solution is evaluated for effectiveness and ease of application and then finally next steps are explored.
You will have a chance to practice this model with colleagues and then discuss its value for your clients.
