Active Listening Active Listening is a core coaching skill, yet it is so much more than just hearing the client's words. It has multiple levels including both the emotional and substantive content of the words. And are you actively listening to yourself, whilst you are coaching? Would that add meaning to the coaching conversation or distract from it? Join this interactive group mentoring session where we will discuss those topics and practice active listening. Facilitator/Mentor coach: Annett Blechstein Annett has been coaching since 2010. She is an ICF ACC Coach and holds a diploma in Coaching Supervision. Her experience and training in reflective practice and mentor coaching will ensure that this session will be engaging and valuable (and fun). |
