Helping clients set excellent goals
Motivating and actionable goals, if properly constituted, provide a compass that both client and coach can use to navigate a coaching session or program. If not done well, then the entire session or program can meander in a way which can cause the client to get frustrated and "stuck". How are you helping the client to set goals? Can you tell the difference between a problem, remedy, outcome or goal? Why does it matter? How are you helping the client move from thinking about what they don't want to what they want? Bring your cases to this interactive and group mentoring session where we will discuss practice how to have clients set excellent goals This is our third group mentoring session. We run group-mentoring sessions on a regular basis to support coaches with their development of coaching skills. Coaches at all levels of experience are welcome to join the sessions. |

Tony Dickel is the Founder and Chairman of Transcend International Group and President of HKICC. Tony is a registered and regular mentor coach and ICF PCC examiner of an ACTP program.
