In that regard, art creation provides a viable alternative of self expression. Artcoaching is an art-oriented coaching practice. It incorporates the art making process in the coaching sessions to help clients gain insights, increase self-understanding, identify inner resources, broaden perspectives and find innovative solutions, all are essential to making positive, sustainable changes.
