HKICC Coach Group Mentoring Session – Way of Being
Our Way of Being, basis for Ontological Coaching is an extraordinarily powerful methodology for effecting change. Our Way of Being is the underlying driver of communication and behaviour - ‘How we interpret our life’. Our perceptions and attitudes, many of which may be deep seated and out of awareness, exist in our Way of Being. Changes in these perceptions and attitudes can result in the deeper learning and significant changes in behaviour for the coachee. It leverages a deeper self-awareness for the coachee and a deeper listening, observing and questioning skills for the coach.
Discuss and practice this approach for your coaching conversations and experience with us coaching in all three areas of language, emotions and body that has the potential to be transformative, for it can generate profound learning and deep constructive change.
