In this fund raising series for the HKICC, Lola Chetti is hosting a practical workshop 2 hour for coaches to discuss and learn why the art of detachment is an essential aspect of coaching and provide learning on an essential coaching tools.
The objectives of the workshop :
- Sound understanding of the necessity of detachment as a skill for coaches
- How to identify the need for detachment
- How to practice detachment to create restoration, adaptability and momentum
- Provide practical coaching tools to practice detachment
Lola Chetti holds a Masters with Distinction in Consulting and Coaching for Change – Insead. She is presently based in Hong Kong where she designs executive education training focused on leadership development and coaches Senior Executives and members of the “C” suite. Lola spent 10 years in the judiciary where she retired as a senior magistrate; her coaching career started as a voluntary social worker and stems from a deeply held belief that when people are able to tap into their emotional drivers and get adequate knowledge and support, there is no limit to their achievements. She is presently registered for a diploma in coaching supervision . Lola has published on the power of informal networks and their cultural and psychodynamic components .
