Aggressive, Passive or Assertive and Diplomatic?
Direct Communication is one of the key ICF competencies and focuses on the Coach's ability to communicate effectively during coaching sessions and use language in a way that has the greatest positive impact on the client.
In this mentoring session, we will explore the concept of Direct Communication and facilitate a sharing of insights and experiences. We will ask ourselves … what do we mean by Direct Communication and what behaviours/ actions in the way we communicate will help us to better connect with clients? Coaching practice will focus on role-plays in establishing this connection with clients.
