Coaching Presence
“Presence is no longer waiting for the next moment, believing the next moment to be more fulfilling then this one” (Eckhart Tolle) During my training as coach and supervisor this quote on (Coaching) Presence stood out. The ICF describes Coaching Presence as our ability to be fully conscious and create spontaneous relationship with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible and confident. But who of us coaches dares to dance in the moment, to use humour, to experiment when sitting with a client? Let us come together and dance and explore in THIS moment. Facilitator/Mentor coach: Annett Blechstein Annett Blechstein has been coaching since 2010. She is an ICF ACC Coach and holds a diploma in Coaching Supervision. Right now she is travelling the world, experiencing yet a new definition of Presence. Her experience and training in reflective practice and mentor coaching will ensure that this session will be engaging and valuable (and fun). |
