Art Coaching - Coaching via Art Expression
Art expression is a powerful tool for unveiling unmet needs and unspoken words. Some people may not be able to proficiently articulate their needs and wants via verbal means. In that regard, art creation provides a viable alternative of self expression.
Artcoaching is an art-oriented coaching practice. It incorporates the art making process in the coaching sessions to help clients gain insights, increase self-understanding, identify inner resources, broaden perspectives and find innovative solutions, all are essential to making positive, sustainable changes.
In this mentoring session, Candy Wan will facilitate participant coaches to have a taste of artcoaching. Participants will have opportunity to coach and be coached via art creation.
